With natural disasters unfolding across Florida and recovery efforts in Texas and Louisiana still underway following Storm Harvey’s devastating floods, it’s no surprise that insurance providers have turned to spot cable to promote their services to people in need.
In last week’s Media Monitors Cable Spot Ten report, GEICO was No. 1 again with 39,823 spots. Allstate claimed second place with 39,005 ads, thanks to storm-related efforts. Progressive slipped to No. 3, clearing 32,259 commercials. Liberty Mutual Insurance fell to No. 8 with 22,132 ads.
Also seeing movement this week is T-Mobile, which climbed from No. 15 to No. 7 thanks to 22,848 spots.
