Still no announcement of a buyer, but bankruptcy judge Robert Drain has entered an order giving trustee Kenneth Silverman approval to employ legal counsel. Not surprisingly, that law firm is Silverman’s own, Silverman Acampora LLP. The order was actually signed Thursday, but only showed up in the court database yesterday. The judge has to approve all payments to the law firm.
