The winner of an FM CP for Medina ND found its victory challenged on grounds it did not have reasonable assurance of access to a transmitter site. The FCC explained that the challenge may have had merit before, but does no longer.
The winning bidder was Christopher Falletti. The challenger filing an application for review was Two Rivers Broadcasting.
