According to Macquerie Capital’s Amy Young, the question about the pending Comcast/Time Warner merger isn’t if but when. But Macquerie went ahead and gamed out what might happen if the deal doesn’t get done.
One thing is almost for sure, say investors: Comcast will not simply walk away from the deal.
