According to the FCC application, stations in St. Louis MO and Columbia SC are going from a trust to Cedar Creek Broadcasting. But ION Media Networks has a place behind both the buyer and the seller.
The stations are WRBU-TV, serving St. Louis from across the Mississippi in East St. Louis IL, and Columbia SC-licensed WZRB.
