Jelli, the cloud-based ad platform for radio, has signed agreements to deploy RadioSpot with Emmis’ Urban WQHT-FM (HOT 97) in New York City, WPWX-FM and WSRB-FM operated by Crawford Broadcasting in Chicago, KKDA-FM run by Service Broadcasting in Dallas and D.A. Peterson’s CHR WDJQ-FM Alliance/Cleveland, OH.
The deployments signal the expansion of Jelli’s RadioSpot platform to New York, the largest radio market in the United States, Chicago, the third largest market, Dallas, the fifth largest market and Cleveland, the 18th largest DMA according to Nielsen Media Research.
Jelli says its RadioSpot ad platform offers the ability to significantly increase accountability, measurability and transparency for broadcast radio advertising instantly connecting ads to radio stations across the country, thereby leading to fewer errors, lower costs, better insights and higher revenue and cash flow.
“RadioSpot gives our Network advertisers the ability to combine the significant reach of the HOT 97 brand with Jelli’s unique real-time serving, reporting and analytic capabilities,” said Giancarlo Negovetti, General Sales Manager for Emmis Radio’s HOT 97 in New York. “Jelli’s distinct capabilities makes it easier and faster for us to run Network ads.”
