Jets-Chicago Bears game on Sunday, Dec. 26, THE NFL ON CBS scored the Network’s highest-rated singleheader window in 12 years as it garnered an average household rating/share in the metered markets of 15.4/30, up 29% from last year’s 11.9/24 in the singleheader window during Week 15.
Other games featured during the window included:
Baltimore-Cleveland,
Tennessee-Kansas City,
New England-Buffalo,
Indianapolis-Oakland,
San Diego-Cincinnati and
Houston-Denver.
The previous highest-rated singleheader window for THE NFL ON CBS was a 14.3/28, highlighted by the Tennessee-Pittsburgh game (12/21/08).
Through 16 weeks of the 2010 NFL season, THE NFL ON CBS has an average household rating/share in the metered markets of 13.0/26, up 8% from last year’s 12.0/24.
The Network’s NFL pre-game show, THE NFL TODAY, has a rating/share of 2.9/7, up 7% compared to last year’s 2.7/7 after 16 weeks.
