News form the Labor Department that hiring slowed and the US unemployment rate went up a tenth of a point to 9.1% was not well received on Wall Street Friday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 97 points, or 0.8%, to 12,151. Nearly all broadcasting stocks were lower.
The RBR Radio Index was down 7.979, or 2.2%, to 349.578.
The TVBR Television Index was down 1.630, or 0.6%, to 257.264.
