TXA 21 (KTXA-TV), the CBS-owned independent station in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, will simulcast two hours of CBS Radio sister station 98.7 KLUV’s Jody Dean & the Morning Team (2010 Marconi Award Nominees) show weekdays from 7 to 9 a.m., beginning 10/25.
Hosted by Jody Dean and featuring Kathy Jones, Bernie Mack, Jonathan Hayes and Rebekah Black, the program blends classic music from the 60s, 70s and 80s with humor, news, interviews and discussion about topics ranging from entertainment news to controversial issues.
Features include the fan-favorite “They Walk Among Us,” (true — but almost unbelievable — stories of human errors) at 7:50 a.m. and daily updates with “Hollywood Insider” Mike Evans at 8:20 a.m.
