The last member of Frank Sinatra’s "Rat Pack," Joey Bishop, has died at age 89. Bishop had stared in two TV sitcoms, both called "The Joey Bishop Show." Then he became a TV talk show host, with his show on ABC, also recycling the name, challenging Johnny Carson’s "The Tonight Show" on NBC. It began in 1967 and ran two seasons. His sidekick was a newcomer to network television – Regis Philbin.
