John D. Lewis, a former Cintas employee and most recently the Cumulus market manager for Memphis, is the new vice president/general manager for Radio One/Blue Chip Cincinnati stations including WIZF-FM (101.1 The WIZ), WOSL-FM (Old School 100.3), and WDBZ-AM (1230 AM The BUZZ).

He replaces Doug Spak, the GM who switched FM 100.3 from MOJO to The Fan in January, who was let go earlier this year.

Lewis worked eight years for Cintas in Cincinnati. He also has managed Cumulus sales and operations for stations in Lexington, KY, Pensacola and Albany, GA.

“I am thrilled to be joining the Radio One team, and I look forward to helping Radio One Cincinnati realize its full potential,” said Lewis.

Said Jeffrey Wilson, Regional Vice President: “John brings an outstanding blend of experience, vision, professionalism, and integrity to our mission to lead and serve the people of Cincinnati. We are excited to have him onboard.”
