Lou Dobbs is to be joined by WFTL-AM Ft. Lauderdale talker Joyce Kaufman Tuesday 11/16 at 7:00pm at The Coral Springs Center for the Arts, as both take the stage for “An Evening with Lou Dobbs”. Kaufman, a fixture on South Florida radio for over 20 years, was recently thrust into the national spotlight after accepting a position in Washington, DC as District 22 Congressman-elect Allen West’s Chief of Staff and then resigning the position. Kaufman will host the event, which will feature an extended audience question and answer session with Dobbs.
“Mr. Independent”, Lou Dobbs is a nationally syndicated radio talk host. His show can be heard from 3:00pm – 6:00pm on 850 WFTL. Dobbs was recently signed to develop and host a daily show on Fox Business, starting early 2011. Throughout his career, he has been recognized with multiple honors including an Emmy award for Lifetime Achievement. In addition, Talkers magazine listed him as one of the top ten most important radio talk show hosts in America.
Kaufman has won numerous awards, including 2010 Latina Pioneer of the Year. Her show airs Monday-Friday from noon-3:00pm.
