A federal judge in New York has refused to throw out a lawsuit against NBC by the family of a former Texas prosecutor who committed suicide as a camera crew filmed police arriving to arrest him on charges of trying to solicit a juvenile online. The judge ruled that there was sufficient evidence to let a jury decide whether the network went over the line and pressured police to act unwisely to generate good video for an episode of "Dateline NBC: To Catch A Predator." NBC says it will vigorously defend itself and insists that Dateline "acted reasonably and lawfully." The sister of the dead man has sued NBC for 105 million bucks.
