Honolulu’s KALO-DT Channel 38 is getting a new owner. The noncommercial facility is heading from Pacifica Broadcasting Company, headed by Christopher Racine, Judith Racine and David Tipton, to One Love Outreach Inc. Tipton is also a member of the acquiring entity, along with Cindy Tipton and Robert Hamilton. The price is $1M cash. Note that the seller is not – repeat not – the same noncom outfit that operates out of Berkeley CA.
