Grammy Award-winner Kanye West hasn’t been on a televised awards show since September 2009, when he went on stage during the MTV Video Music Awards and grabbed the mic away from Taylor Swift. Now, BET is letting the bad boy back on stage for the BET Awards ’10 to air Sunday, June 27th (8 pm ET/PT).

“While West received much backlash and criticism following the VMAs, BET decided to give the multifaceted performer a spot in music history during its 10 year anniversary special. Viewers can anticipate a dynamic comeback performance,” the Viacom-owned network said in announcing that West would be a performer for the show.

Newly added performances also include Ludacris, DJ Khaled, Rick Ross and Drake. Also slated to perform are T.I., Diddy-Dirty Money, Nicki Minaj, and Trey Songz.

The BET Awards ’10 will be hosted by Queen Latifah and some presenters confirmed are Taraji P. Henson, and Mike Epps, as well as this year’s Humanitarian Award will be given to John Legend.
