Katz Online Network and Ando Media the expansion of their agreement for the use of Ando’s Webcast Metrics as the standard audience measurement platform. As more networks adopt this channel and the Ando measurement platform, it will now be available to all national sales agents in the digital audio space.  In the last two years, Katz Online Network, the nation’s largest digital audio network, has been the exclusive media representation firm using Ando’s Webcast Metrics to measure online audiences. As a result of the announcement, all sales agents will be able to use these real-time, server-based metrics. This move enables the Internet radio industry to move toward a standard methodology on both the sales and buying side to measure digital audiences.

The Katz Online Network now consists of most of the industry’s terrestrial audio broadcast streams and many of the bigger pure-play webcasters, such as AccuRadio.com, Digitally Imported, RadioIO, 977Music.com, and others. This scale allows the Katz Online team to customize content selections for any of its advertisers.
