Kentucky Class A sold in debt deal

Telecommunications Management LLC is getting the reins to WKAG-CA in Hopkinsville KY, located on the southwestern portion of the state. The seller is Owens Broadcasting LLC, headed by Edward L. Owens.


The buyer will do business as NewWave Communications. Those with a voting interest are James Gleason, J. Keith Davidson, Robert Buckfelder, L. Watts Hamrick III and Thur C. Roselle; Pamlico Capital Group LLC will hold most of the value.

The deal is describes as a debt deal, based on a promissory note from Owens in favor of New Era with a face value of $199,999.99. TM/NewWave will pay $100K to New Era plus deliver the promissory note.
