A pair of husband and wife teams are splitting up, leaving the ownership and operation of a pair of Kentucky FMs in the hands of just one in a 50% value stock transaction. The stations, located in the unrated south central porting of the state west of Somerset, are WHVE-FM Russell Springs and WVLC-FM Mannsville. Alan and Elizabeth Reed are selling to Michael and Laura Harris. The price will be $100K for the Reed’s stock in Shoreline Communications Inc. The Harris’s will also take on the $12K still owed on the company’s Nissan Versa.
