KEXX, KMVA merging for “Trending Radio”

TrendingRiviera Broadcasting’s Hot AC KEXX-FM My 103.9 Gilbert/Phoenix, AZ and Trumper Communications’ Hot AC KMVA-FM Hot 97.5 Dewey/Phoenix, AX are joining to simulcast Hot 97.5/103.9 “Trending Radio.” Riviera, which will O&O both stations, says Trending Radio will deliver the best Hot AC music from artists such as Katy Perry, Maroon 5, Imagine Dragons, Bruno Mars, and more. Trumper CEO Jeff Trumper will join the Riviera board of directors of the newly-combined operating company.


KEXX serves the south side of the market, reaching close to Tucson; KMVA covers the north side and up to the city of Flagstaff.

Trending Radio, will ring in the New Year and make its debut January 1st, will keep listeners in-the-know on the trends that matter most, including the latest in music, art, food, fashion, and more. It will also stream live at www.trendingradio.com

Riviera Broadcasting also owns Power 98.3 (KKFR-FM) and Latino Vibe 95.1 (KVIB-FM) in Phoenix. The group is headed by veteran broadcast exec Michael Cutchall, President and CEO, and Jose Rodiles, COO.
