SBS announced KLAX La Raza 97.9 FM in Los Angeles will begin airing “El Chulo de la Mañana” on Monday live from Los Angeles. The program will air Monday through Friday from 6:00-11:00 AM. “El Chulo” also airs in Chicago on SBS’s 107.9 La Ley.
Garza has created a niche in the Spanish Radio industry, maintaining a loyal audience base that has followed him throughout his career. In his 22 years in radio, Garza, who was born in Mexico, has worked in top radio markets such as Los Angeles, San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Phoenix, Dallas and Austin, Texas.
On the show, Garza is assisted by sidekicks Raul Bernal and Denise Garcia.
