KOGO-FM flips from News-Talk to Rhythmic AC

This is unusual—a talk format moving to music: Clear Channel’s simulcast of its KOGO-AM San Diego has flipped to “Kiss 95.7…the Rhythm of San Diego.” The new calls are KUSS-FM, which is what is was 14 months ago as a Country format. The first song was “Kiss” by Prince followed by the Bee Gees’ “You Should Be Dancing.” The station is now competing against Local Media of America’s Rhythmic AC XHRM-FM (Magic 92.5).
