There’s just one key problem, says Dick Kozacko, the Elmira, N.Y.-based broker who oversees Kozacko Media Services’ East Coast dealings.

It comes down to financing, and banks simply aren’t willing to open up a line of credit to a prospective buyer of an AM or FM radio property.
