KRVA-FM gets buyer in Texas


MSG-Media-Services-Group1The Way Radio Group, LLC has agreed to purchase Contry KRVA-FM licensed to Campbell, TX and serving the Sulphur Springs and Greenville, TX area.  The Seller is LKCM Radio Licenses, LP and is headed by Gerry Schlagel. The Buyer is headed by Craig Morgan.  The Seller has several other broadcasting interests in Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona and Nevada.  The buyer has no other broadcast interests.  The purchase price is $120K. Bill Whitley of the Dallas office of Media Services Group represented the seller as the exclusive broker in this transaction.

The station is 3,600 watts @ 423 ft. HAAT.
