Companies related to DTV America Corporation are selling LPTV CPs to that corporation in a deal that bears the signature of John Kyle II on both the buyer and the seller blanks.
The deal includes 36 geographically diverse stations-to-be.
The CPs are going for $4K a pop, resulting in a total bill of $144,000.
The stations are located:
Athens GA (1); Augusta GA (8); Carson City NV (1); Columbus GA (2); Concord NH (1); Evansville IN (3); La Grange GA (5); Macon GA (4); Reno NV (1); Rockford IL (3); Springfield IL (6); and Stockton CA (1).
