Big Deal in Little Rock for ‘La Raza’

It was built and signed on the air in 1984 as a Class D daytimer protecting WJR-AM in Detroit. Since 2018, it has seen its power reduced to 1kw due to transmitter damage caused by heavy rains and an August 2018 transaction that never came to pass.

Now, the estate of the individual who purchased this station in 1988 has a deal in place to sell the AM, and its all-important four-year-old FM translator.
