The station Langer Broadcasting Group is buying is WMSX-AM Brockton MA. It’s a Class D on 1410 kHz with 1 kW-D and 156 W-N, DA2.

The seller is Kingdom Church Inc., headed by Alexander Hurt.

The price will be $100K cash.

Langer’s other station in the Boston area is WSRO-AM Ashland, which is centered in the Framingham area to the west of the city. It too is a Class D, on 650 kHz with 250 W-D and 9 W-N, ND.

Neither station puts a strong signal over the actual city of Boston.
