Last Wilks Station Sold

SoldJeff Wilks has sold his last radio station — KTHX-FM in Reno, Nevada.


We had reported on the sale earlier and now the paperwork has been filed with the FCC.

Lotus Radio Corp. is paying $1.2 million by wire transfer.

Lotus is paying a $100,000 deposit to be applied to the total purchase price.

KTHX is actually licensed to Dayton, Nevada and the deal includes an FM translator in Crystal Bay.

Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. was the broker in this transaction.
