Late Spring For Transactions Bloom?

It’s already the first full week of March, and brokers across the U.S. are feverishly awaiting an anticipated flood of deals from both TV companies who have been salivating at the finality of the FCC’s incentive auction and radio companies who believe a new administration will loosen ownership rules.

Are we in the midst of the calm before the storm of sales and tornado of transactions strikes the U.S.?
