A fleeting rule violation during the airing of a “LazyTown” episode, essentially attributable to NBC Network, has netted FCC action for a number of television stations unfortunate enough to have aired it, and the latest are a couple of Hearst outlets.
On the plus side, the action was of the wrist slap variety and did not impede a pending license renewal.
