SoldPatrick Sickafus already owns WWSM-AM in the Harrisburg-Lebanon-Carlisle market – now he has a deal to add a former Cumulus FM to his local holdings.

The station being sold is WTPA-FM Palmyra PA. It is currently licensed to Potential Broadcasting LLC as Trustee, under the TLC of Edward N. Esserman.

Sickafus is buying it as an individual.

The price will be $530K cash.

WTPA calls itself The Rock of Central PA. It’s a Class A on 92.1 MHz with 1.5 kW @ 601’. It isn’t strong enough to cover the entire geographically-spread-out market, but it does blanket both Harrisburg and Lebanon.

Sickafus’ WWSM-AM is licensed to Annville-Cleona PA, and it’s a Class D daytimer on 1510 kHz with 5 kW, DAD. Known as Your Country Friend, it serves the Lebanon portion of the market.

Cumulus had to let WTPA station go, along with several others, as a result of its 2011 merger with Citadel.
