A Nebraska-based company headed by Tim Marshall and Craig Larson has closed on its acquisition of six stations in Scottsbluff, Neb., and an AM in the Nebraska town of Holdrege.
This puts in motion the spin of one of those properties it now owns to VSS Catholic Communications.
