The late night talk shows are part of the campaign trail these days when it comes to presidential politics, but when it comes to sitting presidents, they drop off the radar. That is why the Thursday 3/19/09 edition of NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno will be an event – President Barack Obama will be there as a guest. He is expected to use the occasion to pitch his economic recovery plan.
