Let the Sunshine In


FCCgoes into radio silence concerning issues about to be handles at an open meeting for the days leading up to it.

It has waived the sunshine prohibition for one item on the agenda for the Thursday 7/16 meeting.

That would be the incentive auction plank. The FCC will entertain ex parte presentations pretty much up until the last minute in regards to that plank.

The window on the extended ex parte period will close Wednesday 7/15 at 7PM eastern.
