KVPA-LP is getting a new owner. Latin American Broadcasting of Arizona is selling KVPA-LP, a low power television station licensed to operate on Channel 42 (and said to be currently off air) to KRCA Television LLC, a subsidiary of Hispanic-oriented Liberman Broadcasting Inc. The price will be $1.25M cash. The station will mark Liberman’s entry into the market.
