LIN TV rebrands as “LIN Media”


LIN TV announced its renewed market positioning and brand evolution from “LIN TV” to “LIN Media”. LIN Media unifies and reflects the strength of its multimedia product offerings, including local television, interactive, mobile and other platforms for content distribution, as well as its ad solutions. The company’s legal name will remain “LIN TV Corp.” or “LIN Television Corporation”, as applicable.

“Throughout our history, LIN has been an industry innovator,” said LIN Media’s President and Chief Executive Officer Vincent Sadusky. “During this digital age, our strategic plan is focused on perfecting our core assets and investing in our digital future. Our rebrand better reflects our evolution to a leading multimedia company.”

Supporting the corporate rebrand is a multifaceted branding effort, complete with a revamped mission, and vision, logo and website, which is currently in development.

LIN Media’s mission is to use the power of its television, interactive, mobile and digital platforms to be the most relevant and consumed media source.
