iHeart/St. Louis Gets The Ballance Right

Lisa Ballance will now have much easier access to Busch Stadium to see her beloved St. Louis Cardinals.


Effective Wednesday (5/16), the six-year GSM of iHeartRadio‘s Nashville station group has been tapped as Sales Manager for iHeartRadio/St Louis.

In her new role, which sees Ballance report to St. Louis Region SVP/Sales Katy Pavelonis, she will be responsible for the sales efforts of Gospel KATZ AM, KATZ-FM “100.3 The Beat,” Classic Hits KLOU-FM and W279AQ, at 103.7 MHz and branded as Urban AC “Majic 103.7.”

VP/Automotive Sales Bret Danielson continues as KLLT-FM Sales Manager, while KSD-FM and KSLZ-FM Sales Manager Michael Burger also stays in his role.

Pavelonis said, “Lisa has the proven track record of success with iHeartMedia and I am thrilled to have her as an addition to our sales team.  Her leadership, experience and passion for our industry made her the ideal candidate for St. Louis.’

Ballance earlier in his career served as Market Manager for iHeart predecesor Clear Channel in Alexandria, La. She was also a Key Account Manager for Cumulus Media, and held a short stint with The Tennessean as a Key Category AE from 2011-2012.

Ballance, an Illinois native, said, “I am excited to start a new chapter with another iHeartMedia market, and one with such iconic brands.”
