The Live Well Network, owned by the ABC Owned Television Stations Group, announced affiliation agreements with five Citadel Communications stations. All will launch the digital network this month.
Citadel’s WLNE-TV New Bedford-Providence, WOI-TV Ames-Des Moines, WHBF-TV Rock Island/Quad Cities, KLKN-TV Lincoln and KCAU-TV Sioux City all sign on with Live Well Network on January 16. All are ABC affiliates on their primary channel except for WHBF, which is CBS.
The addition of the five Citadel Communications stations to the Live Well Network’s affiliate roster brings the network’s overall clearance to about 55% of all U.S. television households.
”These five new affiliates from Citadel Communications demonstrate the Live Well Network’s continuing momentum among TV station groups as we now enter 2012,” said Peggy Allen, Vice President of Programming, the Live Well Network.
