L&L closes on San Antonio cluster

Patrick-CommunicationsBorder Media Business Trust San Antonio (Larry Patrick, Trustee) has closed on the sale of its San Antonio cluster 2/1 to Larry Wilson’s L&L Broadcasting LLC. The price was $31M, based on 6.25X Broadcast Cash Flow. In the deal filed 10/23/13, $2.5M was put in escrow, with the balance in cash at closing.

KJXK-FM San Antonio, Texas–Adult Hits

100,000 watts @ 663’ HAAT on 102.7 MHz

KLEY-FM Jourdanton, Texas–Regional Mexican

11,000 watts @ 1,037’ HAAT on 95.7 MHz

KSAH-AM Universal City, Texas–ESPN Deportes

10,000 watts day, 890 watts at night on 720 kHz

KSAH-FM and KSAH-FM1 Pearsall, Texas–Regional Mexican

100,000 watts @ 981’ HAAT on 104.1 MHz

KTFM-FM Floresville, Texas–Rhythmic CHR

40,000 watts @ 548’ HAAT on 94.1 MHz

KTSA-AM San Antonio, Texas–News Talk

5,000 watts day, 5,000 watts at night on 550 kHz

KZDC-AM San Antonio, Texas–ESPN Radio

25,000 watts day, 920 watts at night on 1250 kHz

The exclusive broker on the deal was Patrick Communications. Patrick Comm.
