Border Media Business Trust San Antonio (Larry Patrick, Trustee) has closed on the sale of its San Antonio cluster 2/1 to Larry Wilson’s L&L Broadcasting LLC. The price was $31M, based on 6.25X Broadcast Cash Flow. In the deal filed 10/23/13, $2.5M was put in escrow, with the balance in cash at closing.
