Logitech and DISH Network are teaming to market and sell the Logitech “Revue”  Google TV device to existing and prospective subscribers of DISH Network’s service in the US. The solution uses Google TV to combine DISH Network TV programming as well as web content into a seamless entertainment experience. It is selling for $299.99 at various online retailers.

The integration includes robust search capabilities spanning Web and DVR content as well as DISH Network VOD programming. Says Ira Bahr, DISH Network’s chief marketing officer: “The active communication between the Logitech Revue and DISH Network will allow for the development of applications which will continually enhance our TV service with web content and data.”

The Revue includes a companion box and a Logitech Keyboard Controller to provide the Google TV experience for households that have an HDMI-ready television and set-top box. The Revue will be available to both current and new DISH Network customers beginning later this month.
