Thursday night will be the last episode of “Lopez Tonight.” TBS announced Wednesday that the late night talker hosted by George Lopez had been cancelled.
Lopez Tonight moved to midnight to clear space for the addition of Conan O’Brien’s show. But while O’Brien has done well for TBS, the Lopez show struggled in the ratings against its competitors. “TBS has reached the difficult decision not to order a third season of ‘Lopez Tonight’,” the network said in announcing the cancellation.
