The Classic Rockers would have you believe that one is the loneliest number, and if you’re an applicant for a Class A, low power or translator television station, that’s a good thing.
The FCC has identified a significant number of CP applications that are not mutually exclusive and have therefore been accepted for filing.
The only possible hurdle left for these applicants is an incoming petition to deny – those wishing to do that have 30 days beginning 10/16/09 to speak or forever hold their peace.
