Mike Gravino of the LPTV Spectrum Rights Coalition said the FCC did everything except serve popcorn at its 2/24/15 webinar for low-power operators. But there are still issues.
Gravino said that while the information was welcome and needed, there are still serious issues which could trigger legal action.
