It’s been a busy four weeks for Michael Stapleford.
On May 22, RBR+TVBR was first to report the sale of WBLF-AM 970 in Bellefonte, Pa., and its FM translator W292EZ in Altoona; and WQKK-FM 106.9 in Renovo, Pa.; with its transfer of control from his Magnum Broadcasting.
This came one week after the court-ordered approval of his company’s purchase of a FM located in Monroe County, Fla.
Now, this Magnum — not to be confused with Dave Magnum’s Magnum Media — is making a deal to form a three-station cluster in the Florida Keys.
