Mapleton will get delayed payday for California FM

KBLO-FM, serving the Visalia-Tulare-Hanford CA Arbitron market from its city of license of Corcoran, is going from Adam Nathanson’s Mapleton Communications to CCA License Holdings LLC.

CCA is a subsidiary of Centro Cristiano Amistad, owned by Juan Montes, Mario G. Ramos and Herlinda M. Soriano.

The price is $950K, coming in a back-loaded compensation package that includes a $50K deposit, $100K cash and a note for $800K.

Changes should be quite unnoticeable for the station’s listeners. CCA has been brokering time on the station since 2/1/10.
