R&B artist and radio host Brian McKnight will perform live at the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner & Show Thursday, September 24th in Philadelphia during the NAB Radio Show. McKnight is, among other things, host of “The Brian McKnight Show,” syndicated by Citadel Media.
The syndicated radio show is just a piece of his busy career. McKnight is on radio daily as host of “The Brian McKnight Morning Show” on CBS Radio’s KTWV-FM Los Angeles. He also hosts “Soul Session Countdown with Brian McKnight” on BET.
He’s also appeared on stage in the musicals “Cheaters” and “Chicago.” He was a contestant in the second season of NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” and has done some red carpet hosting for “Extra!” A new syndicated TV show is in the works for this fall.
Before all that media work began, his real career was music, as a singer, songwriter and instrumentalist. He’s received 16 Grammy nominations and sold more than 20 million albums.
