McVay Media becoming McVay/Cook & Associates

Long time broadcast consulting firm McVay Media CEO & Founder Mike McVay (pictured) has brought back Charlie Cook, this time as President and Partner of McVay Media, which will be renamed McVay/Cook & Associates. Concurrently, President of the New Media Division Daniel Anstandig is stepping down to focus his full energies his President/CEO role at Listener Driven Radio, which is taking off.


So to take Anstandig’s place, Jon Erdahl has been promoted to President of the New Media Division of the new McVay/Cook & Associates. Anstandig will continue in a partnership and advisory role at M/C & A, and Jessica Kershner moves from VP/Operations at McVay New Media to become President of the newly launched McVay/Cook Social Media division.  Nicole Lanigan takes over responsibility for the Show Prep Services. Dan Halyburton is promoted to EVP of the New Media Division, from VP/Innovation, McVay New Media. He was previously Radio Time President.

Cook will continue as Director of Programming and Brand Management for West Virginia Radio Corp, complimenting his expanded role with McVay/Cook and Associates.
