    has been named SVP/Market Manager of Emmis’ New York cluster of Urban Talk WLIB-AM 1190, Urban WBLS-FM and CHR/Rhythmic WQHT (Hot 97). Morgan has been serving as Interim Market Manager since January 2016, when the company opted not to renew Deon Livingston’s contract after nearly two years at the helm. Morgan has more than 35 years of radio industry experience and returned to the radio industry in 2009 after a stint as President/COO of Indianapolis Motor Speedway Productions.

 


  • Mike-ShamusMike Shamus has been named Corporate VP of Programming and Content at Jupiter, Fla.-based Neuhoff Communications. Shamus has been OM and a morning co-host at the company’s Country WKOA-FM (K105) in Lafayette, IN for the past seven years. Neuhoff owns five stations in Lafayette, in addition to five in Springfield, Ill.; six in Decatur, Ill.; four in Danville, Ill.; and three in Bloomington, Ill.

 

  • Robby Bridges is now Director of FM Programming for Cumulus Media’s Hot AC WDVD-FM, Country WDRQ (NASH FM 93.1) and Classic Country (NASH ICON 93.1 HD2). He will continue to host the afternoon shift on WDVD. Bridges came to Detroit in early 2014 to launch WDRQ’s Country format as PD. Before that, he programmed Cumulus’ WEBE-FM in Stamford-Norwalk, Conn. and nearby WFAS-FM/Westchester.
