David L. Smith, founder and CEO of Mediasmith states, “Mediasmith has extensive experience implementing strategic media plans in the gaming space. Our gaming experience dates back to the early ‘80’s working with game publishers such as Capcom and Activision. We’ve since worked with various gaming clients on a project by project basis to create integrated plans across both traditional and digital media platforms that speak to gamers and game enthusiasts. Our appointment as SEGA’s print and digital media agency for FY 2009 game launches affords us the opportunity to really put our media prowess to work in the gaming space to reach many different audiences from the hardcore gamer to casual player. Especially now with the acceptance of many emerging technologies, we are really looking forward to trying new and innovative techniques. We have some truly innovative ideas to bring to the table and are looking forward to implementing them with SEGA.”
