An institutional alternative asset management firm based in New York City with over $4 billion of assets under management has taken a liking to Entercom Communications.


A SEC filing made following Monday’s Closing Bell on Wall Street reflecting an acquisition of beneficial ownership by individuals indicates that some 4.4% of all publicly traded shares have been snapped up by the 17-year old firm headed by Matt Sirovich and Jeremy Mindich.
