VideoAmp, a software and data platform that enables advertisers “to optimize their entire portfolio of linear TV, OTT and digital video to business outcomes,” has appointed Andrew Gaudin as its new Chief Legal & Privacy Officer.


Tasked with forging new industry standards, Gaudin “will revolutionize the company’s global legal and privacy affairs, expand its base of clients and partnerships, and drive privacy compliance initiatives without compromising on quality in a dramatically changing legal environment,” the company boasts.

Gaudin joins VideoAmp from a private practice that was dedicated to helping clients ink global deals in a data and privacy-centric landscape.
